应用护理程序对脑梗死患者实施康复护理指导

目的：促进脑梗死患者肢体功能恢复,降低并发症和致残率.方法：对22例脑梗死患者按护理程序步骤实施早期康复锻炼指导.结果：大部分患者偏瘫肢体肌力达V级,日常生活自理能力基本恢复.讨论：有研究发现,中枢神经系统在损伤后具有结构和功能上的重新组织能力,即高度的可塑性,这种可塑性能通过不断地学习与训练得到强化和巩固1].因此,临床护士应提高认识,及早对患者进行康复锻炼指导,最大限度恢复自理能力,减轻社会和家庭负担.
