早期康复治疗对脊髓损伤后痉挛性神经源性膀胱功能的影响

目的：探讨早期康复治疗对脊髓损伤后痉挛性神经源性膀胱功能的影响.方法：将60例外伤性脊髓损伤患者按康复介入开始时间分为早期康复组（术后1个月内）和对照组（术后3个月）各30例,分别在治疗前和治疗3个月后进行膀胱容量、残余尿量、尿路感染发生率进行测定,比较两组数据.结果：早期康复组患者膀胱容量增加、残余尿量减少、尿路感染发生率降低,且均优好于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：早期康复治疗能有效改善脊髓损伤后痉挛性神经源性膀胱的排尿功能.

Objective：Discussion early time recovery treatment after spinal cord damage saccacttc nerve source urinary otaouer function influence. Methods：Damages the patient 60 example traumatic spinal cord to start the time according to the recovery in- volvement to divide into the early recovery group （technique latter 1 month） and the control group （technique latter 3 months） each 30 examples,separately and treats for 3 months before the treatment to carry on the urinary bladder capacity,the remaining amount of urine, the urine road infection formation rate carries on the determination,compared with two groups of data. Results： The early recovery group patient urinary bladder capacity increases, the remaining amount of urine reduces, the urine road infection formation rate reduces,also superior good in control group （P~0.05）. Conclusion： After the early recovery treatment can improve the spinal cord damage effectively the saccadic nerve source urinary bladder urination function.
