护理干预配合中西药治疗婴幼儿感染性腹泻疗效研究

目的：观察中西医结合及护理干预治疗婴幼儿感染性腹泻的临床疗效.方法：对照组100例,以磷霉素、口服补液盐及乳酸菌素散治疗;治疗组133例,在对照组治疗基础上加服中药清热止泻散治疗.结果：总有效率治疗组95.5%,对照组74.0%,两组差异比较有非常显著性意义（P〈0.01）;治疗组止泻时间、退热时间、全身症状消失时间均明显短于对照组,两组差异比较有非常显著性意义（P〈0.01）;痊愈病例观察一周复发率治疗组为0.79%,对照组为1 2.1 6%,治疗组明显低于对照组.结论：中西医结合治疗婴幼儿感染性腹泻的疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗.
