轻中度膝骨关节炎关节镜清理术后应用玻璃酸钠的疗效分析

目的：探讨关节镜清理术后应用玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗轻中度膝骨关节炎的临床疗效.方法：自2007年4月～2009年4月对128例（154膝）早、中期膝骨关节炎病例,在关节镜清理术后采取玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗,通过Lequesne评分标准,观察治疗前后关节疼痛与关节功能改善程度.结果：随访6月～24月（平均15.2个月）,关节镜清理组在术后6周的评分与关节镜清理配合玻璃酸钠组无明显差异（P〉0.05）;但术后6周后特别是术后6个月起,后者治疗效果优于前者（P〈0.05）.结论：关节镜清理术后配合玻璃酸钠腔内注射治疗轻中度膝骨性关节炎的长期疗效肯定.

Results：Revisit in June -24 months （average 15.2 months）, arthroscope cleaning up group in technique latter 6 week--long grading and arthroscope cleaning up coordination hyaluronic acid sodium group not obvious difference （P〉0. 05） ;But after the technique latter 6 weeks is specially the technique latter 6 months, the latter treatment result surpasses the former （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：After the arthroscope cleaning up technique coordinates in the hyaluronic acid sodium cavity to inject treats the light moderate knee osseous arthritis the long-term curative effect affirmation.
