| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨影响切口愈合的因素.以及预防和处理措施.方法：回顾性分析我院1995年-2010年16例腹部切口裂开的临床资料.结果：本组16例经扩创再缝合后切口愈合14例,2例发生再缝合切口感染,经多次换药处理后愈合.结论：腹部切口裂开是腹部手术并发症之一,了解影响切口愈合的因素及预防措施,从而减少其发生.

| Abstract: | Objective： The discussion influence margin heals factor. As well as prevention and processing measure. Methods：The review analyzes the clinical material which my courtyard 1995 -- 2010 16 example abdomen margin split. Results： This group of 16 examples after expand create suture the margin to heal again 14 examples,2 examples occur suture the margin infection again,after trades medicine processing to heal many times, Conclusion： The abdomen margin splits is one of abdomen surgery complications, un- derstood the influence margin heals factor and preventive measure, thus reduces it to occur. |
