银杏达莫注射液治疗不稳定心绞痛疗效观察

目的：评价银杏达莫注射液治治疗不稳定心绞痛的疗效及耐受性.方法：67例不稳定心绞痛患者随机分成治疗组（34例）和对照组（33例）,对照组常规应用阿司匹林、β-阻断剂、口服硝酸脂类、他汀类药物、极化液等;治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用银杏达莫注射液,共治疗15天,对治疗组和对照组不稳定心绞痛发作情况进行比对.结果：治疗组、对照组的心绞痛改善总有效率88.23%、69.69%,两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）.结论：银杏达莫注射液治疗不稳定心绞痛疗效确切.
