| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨外伤性脾破裂的诊断,治疗方法.方法：回顾性总结分析我科40例外伤性脾破裂的临床诊治情况.结果：40例患者中治愈39例,死亡1例,39例治愈患者中出现并发症者共6例.结论：早期诊断、早期治疗、防止漏诊误诊,是提高脾破裂抢救成功率,避免并发症和降低死亡率的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective： The discussion traumatic spleen bursts diagnosis,method of treatment. Methods：The review summary ana- lyzes the clinical diagnosis situation which my branch 40 example traumatic spleen bursts. Results： In 40 example patients cures 39 examples,died 1 example,39 examples cure in the patient to appear the complication altogether 6 examples. Conclusion：The early diagnosis,the early treatment,prevented leaks examines the error diagnostic,enhances the spleen breakage rescue success ratio,avoids the complication and reduces the mortality rate the key. |
