算盘康复技术在脑卒中急性期上肢功能康复中的应用

目的：探讨算盘技术在脑卒中早期上肢功能康复中的应用效果.方法：选符合诊断标准和纳入标准的初发脑卒中患者100例,设治疗组与对照组,按入院先后顺序采用数字表法随机分配到两组,两组均使用常规临床治疗和护理,治疗组除常规治疗外,加用算盘治疗,疗程三个月,入组时、治疗1个月末、治疗3个月末分别进行Brunnstrom评分.结果：两组治疗前后Brunnstrom分级比较有明显差异,治疗组治疗后疗效明显优于对照组治疗后（p＜0.001）.结论：算盘康复技术能改善脑卒中急性期患者上肢功能,操作方法简单易学,依从性好,安全.

Results： Around two groups treat the Brunnstrom graduation comparison to have the obvious difference,after the treatment group treat the curative effect to surpass the control group to treat （p〈0. 001= obviously. Conclusion：The abacus recovery technology can improve the apoplexy acute stage patient upper limb function simply,the operating procedure easy to study,the compliance is good,safe.
