恩必普软胶囊联合疏血通注射液治疗126例急性脑梗塞临床疗效观察

目的：探讨恩必普软胶囊联合疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗塞临床疗效观察.方法：随机将126例脑梗死患者分为治疗组63例（恩必普软胶囊联合疏血通注射液治疗组）和对照组63例（疏血通注射液治疗组）,对两组NIHSS评分、Fugl-Meyer评分或Barthel指数及疗效进行比较.结果：治疗后两组NIHSS评分均较治疗前减少,治疗组比对照组减少更明显（P均〈0.01）;两组治疗前后比较,Fugl-Meyer评分及Barthel指数均明显提高,但治疗组提高幅度明显大于对照组;治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组.结论：运用疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗塞的基础上加用恩必普软胶囊提高了急性脑梗死的疗效,值得临床上推广应用.

Conclusion： Utilized the sparse blood to pass the inoculation fluid treatment acute cerebral infarction in the foundation to add with graciousness must the Pu soft capsule enhance the curative effect which the acute brain stem died, was worth on nromoting the application clinically.
