会阴侧切术后两种保护会阴方法的比较

目的：比较采用传统保护法和托肛法对初产妇侧切术后保护会阴的效果及特点.方法：2009年10月至2010年3月,选取200例在我院头位分娩的足月初产妇,将其分为传统保护法组和托肛法组,每组各100例,采用统计学方法,对两组不同保护手法的效果进行比较.结果：传统会阴保护法会阴无延伸率93%,托肛法保护会阴无延伸率83%.统计学分析结果X2=4.74,P＜0.05.结论：会阴侧切术后,耻骨弓角度正常的情况下,传统保护法保护会阴优于托肛法.
