腹腔镜下大子宫次全切除术50例临床分析

目的：探讨腹腔镜下大子宫次全切除术的方法以及临床效果.方法：我院自2008年6至2010年6月收治的70例巨大或多发子宫肌瘤的患者,其中50例采用腹腔镜下大子宫次全切除术,20例采用传统开腹切除术,比较两组患者的手术疗效.结果：腹腔镜组患者无中转开腹及严重并发症,手术时间长于开腹组,P〈0.05.住院时间、出血量、术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间方面显著优于开腹组,P〈0.05.结论：腹腔镜下大子宫次全切除术具有创伤小、住院时间短、并发症少、恢复快等优点,较为安全可靠.
