应用于人工流产术的护理干预

目的：探讨护理干预对人工流产术受术者的作用及焦虑改善情况.方法：将170例人工流产术受术者随机分为观察组85例和对照组85例,对观察组行术前、术中、术后个性化的护理干预方案,对比分析护理干预后受术者满意度及焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分.结果：观察组干预后受术者妇女的满意度高于对照组,SAS评分明显低于对照组,对比结果有显著性差异（P〈0.05）.结论：人工流产术前、术中、术后个性化的护理干预不仅增加术中疼痛的耐受性,还能缓解患者焦虑状况,保证手术顺利进行同时减少人流综合征.

Nursing intervention in the artificial abortion

Objective： To discuss the role of nursing intervention in the artificial abortion. Methods： 170 cases of artificial abortion were randomly divided into 1：ursing group and control group, 85 patients in each group. The nursing group had been carried individual nursing intervention into practice before operations, during operations and after operations. To get the comparison of satisfaction and self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） score. Results：There were significant difference （P〈0.05） at satisfaction and self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） score. The nursing group were more satisfied with the operation,and the self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） score was lower than the control group. Conclusion：To carry individual nursing intervention into practice before operations, during opera- tions and after operations can not only increase tolerance of pain during operations, but also remiss status in patients with anxiety. It can also ensure the smooth operation and reduce abortion syndrome.
