异位妊娠260例临床分析

目的：探讨异位妊娠的发病原因及临床治疗方法.方法：回顾性分析我院2005年11月至2009年12月期间收治260例异位妊娠患者的临床资料、发病原因及治疗方法.结果：异位妊娠发病率的增加与盆腔炎、流产、IUD、输卵管病理改变有明显的相关性.结论：异位妊娠发生率逐年上升与近年来人工流产、剖宫产及盆腔炎患者的增加有关.

Objective：Discussion extrauterine pregnancy morbidity reason and clinical method of treatment. Methods： The review analyzes my courtyard from November,2005 to December,2009 the period admits 260 example extrauterine pregnancy patient the clinical material,the morbidity reason and the method of treatment. Results： The extrauterine pregnancy disease incidence rate increase and the pelvic inflammatory disease, the miscarriage, IUD, the oviduct pathology change has the obvious relevance. Conclusion： The extrauterine pregnancy formation rate rose year by year and the recent years induced abortion,splits the palace to produce and the pelvic inflammatory disease patient＇s increase related.
