跟痛症（Painful heel syndrome）又称足跟痛,是以足跟部疼痛而命名的疾病,是指跟骨结节周围由慢性劳损所引起的以疼痛及行走困难为主的病症,常伴有跟骨结节部骨刺形成.本病多见于40～60岁的中老年及肥胖之人.我们采用针刺结合手法治疗30例（40足）跟痛症,起到较好疗效,现报道如下.
