摘    要:目的:优化菲律宾蛤仔多糖的提取工艺,提高其多糖得率.方法:采用超声波辅助热水浸提法,以苯酚-硫酸法测定总糖含量,从提取温度、超声波处理时间和淳沉浓度和料液比等四个因素入手,进行正交优化实验.结果:采用最佳提取工艺淳沉浓度为75%,提取温度为50°C,料液比为1∶2,超声时间为60min时,菲律宾蛤仔多糖的提取量为73.46%.结论:采用此工艺优选的得到的工艺简单、快速、准确、稳定,可行.

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the technology of polysaccharides extraction and increase the polysaccharide rate from Rudi- tapes philippinarum. Methods:By using hot water extraction aided ultrasonic processing,acording to phenol--sulfate method for de- termining polysaecharides content, adopting orthogonal experiment from four technological factors of alcohol strength, extraction temperature,water volume used and ultrasonic processing time. Results:Through the optimum conditions of chun sink concentration 75% extraction temperature 50℃,liquid materials 1:2,ultrasonic processing time 60min, Ruditapes philippinarum polysaccharides extraction amount can reach as much as 73.46%. Conclusion:This optimal process is simple, rapid,accurate, stable and feasible.
