| 摘 要： | 靶向治疗是特异性针对肿瘤发生、发展环节的新的一种药物治疗方法,近年来针对表皮生长因子受体的靶向治疗取得了长足的进展,为肺癌患者尤其是非小细胞肺癌患者的治疗带来了曙光.本文就表皮生长因子受体靶向治疗的作用机制及临床疗效、毒副作用做一综述.
