婴幼儿腹泻护理指导疗效观察

目的：结合临床护理经验,探讨通过采取一系列的护理指导措施,对婴幼儿腹泻的临床疗效.方法：选取我院60例婴幼儿腹泻患儿为研究对象,随机分为两组,两组患儿均给予蒙脱石散剂、妈咪爱、补液、补充电解质等对症治疗,其中干预组（30例,护理指导）在对照组（30例,无护理指导）的基础上给予系统的护理指导,观察记录2组患儿的治疗的疗效.结果：在支持治疗的基础上采取一系列的护理指导措施,干预组的有效率明显高于对照组,且无不良反应发生.结论：在支持治疗的基础上同时给予系统的护理干预措施,对婴幼儿腹泻疗效好.

Objective：Unifies the clinical nursing experience, discusses through takes a series of nursing instruction measure, to babies and infants diarrhea clinical curative effect. Methods：Selects my courtyard 60 example babies and infants diarrhea trouble is the object of study, divides into two groups stochastically, two groups of troubles give the montmorillonite medicinal powder, the mother love,the fluid infusion, the supplement electrolyte and so on the just right for the illness treatment,in which intervention group （30 examples,nursing instruction） in the control group （30 examples,non--nursing instruction） in the foundation gives the system the nursing instruction, observes the record 2 group of trouble treatments the curative effect. Results：Takes a series of nurs- ing instruction measure in the support treatment foundation,intervention group＇s effectiveness is higher than the control group obviously, also does not have buliang the response to occur. Conclusion：Simultaneously gives the system in the support treatment foundation the nursing intervention measure, to babies and infants diarrhea curative effect good.
