中药药熨结合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床观察

目的：观察中药药熨结合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床疗效.方法：选取脑卒中后出现肩手综合征的患者90名,采用随机对照法将病例分为对照组、治疗组和综合组各30例,对照组采用常规康复治疗,治疗组采用中药药熨治疗,综合组在常规康复治疗上应用中药药熨治疗.治疗前后应用Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评分、视觉类比评分法、肿胀评价进行疗效评定.结果：总有效率对照组为83.30%,治疗组为80.00%,综合组为93.30%,综合组与其余两组比较均有显著性差异（P＜0.05）.结论：中药药熨结合康复训练干预脑卒中后肩手综合征治疗效果优于单一的康复组及药熨组.

Around the treatment using Fugl--Meyer upper limb movement function grading, the visual analogy grading law, the swelling ap- praisal carries on the curative effect evaluation. Results： The total effective control group is 83. 30%, the treatment group is 80. 00%, the comprehensive group is 93. 30% ,the comprehensive group quite even has the significance difference with other two groups （P~0. 05）. Con- clusion：After the Chinese native medicine medicine irons the union recovery training intervention apoplexy the arm synthesis to draft the treatment result to surpass the sole recovery group and the medicine irons the grouo.
