人工髋关节置换治疗股骨颈骨折48例疗效观察

目的：观察小针刀治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效.方法：将70例急性腰扭伤患者随机分成治疗组40例和对照组30例,进行临床疗效对比观察.结果：治疗组总有效率87.5%.对照组总有效率66.7%.治疗组治愈率、总有效率均明显优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）.结论：小针刀治疗急性腰扭伤疗效显著,能充分缓解疼痛和恢复腰部功能活动,是治疗急性腰扭伤快捷有效的方法.
