丙泊酚复合小剂量芬太尼在消化内镜检查中的应用效果观察

目的观察消化内镜检查时应用丙泊酚复合小剂量芬太尼麻醉的临床效果。方法240例拟行消化内镜检查患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各120例，其中胃、肠镜检查各60例。实验组使用丙泊酚复合小剂量芬太尼静脉麻醉，对照组不给任何静脉麻醉药。分别记录其用药前后的血氧饱和度、血压、心率、焦虑评分值，患者遗忘程度、术中操作时间及复检率和术中表现情况。结果实验组检查中血氧饱和度、血压、心率与对照组比较差异无显著性；焦虑评分值差异有显著性：术中感受情况良好，遗忘程度高，术中操作时间较短，愿意复查率高。结论消化内镜检查时应用丙泊酚复合小剂量芬太尼是安全有效的，能减轻患者检查时的痛苦及焦虑。提高复检率。

The Effect of Propofol Combined with Small Dose of Fentanyl in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy

Objective To observe the clinical anesthesic effects of propofol combined with small doses of fentanyl by digestive endoscopy. Methods 240 eases of patients to undergo digestive endoscopy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 120 eases in each group, including 60 eases of stomach, colonoscopy examination respectively. In the experimental group propofol combined with a small dose of fentanyl was used for intravenous anesthesia, while in the control group none of intravenous anesthetics was used, to record the situation of blood oxygen saturation before and alter treatment, blood pressure, heart rate, anxiety scores, patients＇ forget- ring extent, operating time, re-examination rate and intraoperative performance. Results Oxygen saturation, blood pressure, heart rate in the experimental group had no significant difference ineontrast to those in the control group; anxiety scores were significantly different; a good perioperative feeling, a high degree of forgetting, shorter operation time, high rate of re-examination willing. Conclusion Propofol combined with small doses of fentanyl by digestive endoscopy is safe and effective, which can reduce the pain and anxiety during inspeetionsa and can improve the rate of re-examination for patients.
