| 摘 要： | 报道１３例矽肺的高分辨ＣＴ（ＨＲＣＴ）所见，并以Ｘ线后前位胸片及常规ＣＴ作对照，进行分析讨论。由于ＨＲＣＴ提高了ＣＴ的空间分辨率，能充分展示肺间质纤维化的发生与发展，能对肺内微小结节、血管扭曲、蜂窝样网影、胸膜下线影、胸膜下小节等表现进行观察，故远优于胸片及常规ＣＴ。认为在以Ｘ线胸片为依据的矽肺的诊断中，ＨＲＣＴ是一个十分有价值的辅助手段。

| Abstract: | The features of high resolution CT(HRCT)in thirteen patients suffered from silicosiswere observed and compared with those seen in plain film and conventional CT.The results showed thatmicronodules in lung,distortion of the blood vessels,honeycomb lung,subpleural linear density and sub-pleural micronodules could be seen in HRCT,indicating that it has higher spatial resolution to reveal thedevelopment of interstitial fibrosis in silicosis.It is superior to plain film and conventional CT for the di-agnosis of silicosis. |
