神经导航在颅内病变手术中的应用

目的 总结神经导航下颅内病变的手术经验，提高临床应用能力。方法 回顾自2002年2月至2004年9月收治的神经导航下的172例手术病例，对术前准备、术中定位、治疗结果进行分析。结果 172例手术导航下寻找病变成功率为100％，全切除率达92．4％，未发生严重神经功能损伤。结论 神经导航提高了手术定位的精确度，减少了损伤，提高了微侵袭程度及治疗效果，为神经外科手术提供了强大的技术支持。

Application of neuronavigation in the operation of intracranial lesions

Objective To summarize neuronavigation assisted operative experience on the patients of intracranial lesions,and improve its clinical application. Methods 172 cases undergoing neuronavigation assisted surgery from February 2002 to September 2004 were analyzed retrospectively in the aspects of the pre-operative preparation,the intra-operative lesion localization and the treatment results. Results The localization success rate was 100% and total removal rate 92.4%. No severe neurological deficits took place in patients. Conclusion The neuronavigation techniques are helpful to improve the accuracy in the localization of brain lesions,decrease brain injury,and improve curative effect. It can supply the forceful technical support for the neurosurgery.
