| 摘 要： | 目的观察多西紫杉醇联合替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效及安全性。方法 35例确诊的晚期胃癌患者接受多西紫杉醇联合替吉奥治疗。结果 35例患者中,CR 2例、PR 19例、SD 6例、PD 8例,有效率为60.0%,疾病控制率为77.1%；毒副反应主要为消化道反应、骨髓抑制和脱发,未出现Ⅳ度毒副反应。结论多西紫杉醇联合替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy and safety of docetaxel combined with S-1 for advanced gastric cancer. Methods 35 patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated with docetaxel plus S-1. Results Of all the 35 patients,2 patients received CR,19 patients PR,6 patients SD and 8 patients PD,the response rate was 60. 0% and the disease control rate was 77. 1%. The most common toxiticies were gastrointestinal reaction,marrow depression and baldness,No grade Ⅳ toxicities were observed. Conclusion Docetaxel combined with S-1 is effective and safe for advanced gastric cancer. |
