CIK细胞联合化疗治疗高龄晚期结直肠癌的临床观察

目的探讨CIK细胞联合化疗治疗高龄晚期结直肠癌的临床疗效。方法 114例高龄晚期结直肠癌患者分为治疗组（72例,接受CIK细胞联合卡培他滨治疗）和对照组（42例,单纯接受卡培他滨化疗）,比较分析2组总有效率、疾病控制率和生存。结果治疗组总有效率和疾病控制率分别为44.4%和80.6%,高于对照组的23.8%和52.4%（P〈0.05）。治疗组中位生存期为21个月、平均无进展生存时间为（8.4±2.2）个月、1 a生存率为77.8%,均优于对照组的14个月、（7.0±2.2）个月、54.8%（P〈0.05）。结论 CIK细胞联合化疗治疗高龄晚期结直肠癌患者近远期疗效比单纯化疗具有优势。

Clinical Observation of Elderly Patients with Advanced Colorectal Cancer Treated with CIK Cells Combined with Chemotherapy

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of CIK cells combined with chemotherapy for elderly patients with advanced colorectal cancer. Methods All the 114 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were divided into 2 groups,72 patients of the treatment group received the CIK cells combined with capecitabine,42 patients of the control group received only capecitabine. And then the total effective rate,the disease control rate,and the survival time were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate and the disease control rate（ 44.4% and 80.6%） in the treatment group were those（ 23.8% and 52.4%） in control group（ P〈 0.05）. The median survival time,mean progression free survival time and 1-year survival rate 21 months,（ 8. 4 ± 2. 2） months and 77. 8%]in the treatment group were better than those 14 months,（ 7. 0 ± 2. 2） months and 54. 8%] in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with the chemotherapy,CIK cells combined with chemotherapy can enhance the short and long term efficacy.
