| 摘 要： | 目的探讨恩度联合顺铂对老年晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）和血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）水平的影响。方法入组83例经病理学确诊的老年晚期NSCLC患者均接受恩度联合顺铂治疗,进行疗效评估,同时采用ELISA法检测治疗前后血清MMP-2和VEGF水平。结果全组83例患者的总有效率40.96%,疾病控制率75.90%。治疗后血清MMP-2和VEGF水平均低于治疗前（P〈0.05）。结论恩度联合顺铂治疗老年晚期NSCLC具有一定疗效,其作用机制可能与抑制血管新生有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of endostar combined with cisplatin for serum MMP-2 and VEGF levels in the elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer（ NSCLC）. Methods Eighty-three elderly patients with NSCLC received endostar combined with cisplatin,and the efficacy was observed,the serum MMP-2and VEGF levels were detected before and after the treatment. Results Of the 83 patients,the total response rate was 40. 96%,the disease control rate was 75. 90%. The serum MMP-2 and VEGF levels after the treatment were lower than those before the treatment（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Endostar combined with cisplatin is effective for the elderly patients with NSCLC,and can be related with the inhibition of angiogenesis. |
