| 摘 要： | 目的分析2006至2010年中山大学附属东华医院临床分离的646株铜绿假单胞菌的耐药情况。方法采用全自动微生物分析仪VITEK32进行细菌鉴定,用Kirty-Bauer法进行药敏试验。并用WHONET5.5对其耐药性进行分析。结果 5年共分离铜绿假单胞菌646株,以呼吸道标本分离株为主,占65.9%。分离菌对抗菌药物耐药率最高的是左氧氟沙星（18.5%）,其次为庆大（18.1%）,亚胺培南（18.0%）。对美罗培南的耐药率为13.7%。敏感率最高的是妥布霉素（88.2%）,其次为哌拉西林/他唑巴坦（88.1%）,头孢他啶（87.0%）。结论连续5年回顾性分析,铜绿假单胞菌是我院医院感染的主要病原菌,其耐药率较高,并呈不断上升。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of P.aeruginosa isoltated in Tungwah Hospital for using antibiotic correctly.Methods Automated microbe analyzer(VITEK32) was used to analyze antibiotic susceptibility by means of Kirty-Bauer method.Results A total of 646 strains of P.aeruginosa,mainly from respiratory tract(65.9%),were isolated during five years.These strains showed the highest resistance(18.5%) to levofloxacin,followed by gentamicin(18.1%),imipenem(18.0%) and meropenem(13.7%).The se... |
