| 摘 要： | 目的了解不同部位分离金黄色葡萄球菌在不同时间生物膜形成与ica操纵子关系。方法采用结晶紫法测定不同部位在不同时间形成生物膜的含量;采用PCR法测定菌株是否含有ica基因。结果生物膜形成能力强的菌株则ica基因大部分为阳性。结论含有ica基因的金黄色葡萄球菌则生物膜形成的能力较强。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the relationship between the biofilm formation of Staphylococcus aureus separated from the clinical specimens in different parts or time and ica operon.Methods The crystal violet method was performed to determine the content of biofilm formation in different parts or time;PCR method was used to determine whether strains contains ica genes.Results The strains possessing the stronger ability of biofilm formation were tested positive for most of the ica genes.Conclusion Biofilm formatio... |
