| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乙肝五项不同模式与前S1抗原（PreS1Ag）、乙肝DNA的关系,探索联合检测乙肝五项、前S1抗原（PreS1Ag）和HBV-DNA的临床价值。方法用ELISA和PCR方法分别对600份血清标本进行乙肝五项、PreS1Ag及HBV-DNA的检测,并进行比较分析。结果 600例患者血清中,乙肝五项不同模式之间前S1抗原与乙肝DNA检测阳性率存在一定的差异。大三阳的前S1抗原和病毒检测阳性率分别为91.6%、93.7%,小三阳的检测阳性率分别为71.1%、84.9%。结论联合检测乙肝五项、PreS1Ag与HBV-DNA能更好地判断乙肝病毒的复制状态和传染性。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the correlation between PreS1Ag and HBV DNA,and evaluate the clinical value of co-detection.Methods Serum samples were tested for five HBV markers,PreS1Ag and HBV DNA by ELISA and PCR methods,and the testing results were analyzed.Results HBV DNA and PreS1Ag showed the different positive rates in 600 samples with HBV.PreS1Ag and virus-positive rates were 91.6% and 93.7% in HBeAg positive cases,and with 71.1% and 84.9% in the cases with HBeAg negative,respectively.Conclustion Co-detection... |
