妊娠合并梅毒的母婴阻断情况调查分析

目的探讨妊娠合并梅毒在不同孕期治疗与未治疗的妊娠结果。方法根据诊断时间及治疗时间将287例孕产妇分孕前治疗组、妊娠〈16周治疗组、妊娠≥16周治疗组、未治疗组等4组,比较各组妊娠结果、新生儿梅毒的发生。结果不同治疗时间不良妊娠发生率,妊娠〈16周治疗组为18.4%、妊娠≥16周治疗组为36.6%、未治疗组60.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;不同临床表现不良妊娠发生率,潜伏期梅毒17.2%、一期梅毒39.6%、二期梅毒51.2%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论妊娠合并梅毒在妊娠前和妊娠早期干预治疗能有效降低不良妊娠结局和先天梅毒发生率,早发现、早治疗是妊娠梅毒母婴阻断的关键措施。

Survey and analysis of the blocking effectors between maternal and infant in pregnant women with syphilis

Objective To study the outcome treated and untreated pregnancy associated with syphilis in different pregnancy.Methods 287 pregnant women carring syphilis were divided into four groups,including pregestation,pregnancy16-weeks,pregnancy≥16-weeks and untreated groups.The adverse pregnancy of each group and the syphilis incidence of newborn were analyzed.Results The incidence of abnormal pregnancy treated with different stage showed pregnancy16-weeks treatment group was 18.4%,and with 36.6% of pregnancy≥16-weeks treatment group,60.0% of untreated group respectively,there was statistically significant difference（P0.05）;The incidence of adverse pregnancy in different clinical manifestation showed latency syphilis was 17.2%,with 39.6% of primary syphilis,51.2% of secondary syphilis respectively,there was significantly different（P0.05）.Conclusions Intervention treatment of pregnancy associated with syphilis in progestation and first trimester can effectively reduce adverse pregnancy and the incidence of congenital syphilis.Early detection and early treatment are key measures for the interruption between infant infection and mother with syphilis.
