凝血四项指标在妊娠晚期孕妇中的变化及其临床意义

目的探讨凝血酶原时间（PT）、活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）、凝血酶时间（TT）及血浆纤维蛋白原（Fg）反映凝血功能四项指标在妊娠晚期孕妇中变化及其临床意义。方法 PT、APTT、TT、Fg测定均为凝固法,在Compact全自动血凝仪上进行检测。结果妊娠晚期孕妇与对照组比较,PT、APTT明显缩短,Fg含量明显增高,有显著性差异（P〈0.01）,但两组TT差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论妊娠晚期孕妇凝血系统发生一系列变化,检测妊娠晚期孕妇凝血四项指标对了解妊娠晚期孕妇血液的凝血状态,预防DIC的发生有重要意义。

Clinical significance of the changes of blood coagulation indexes in later pregnancy women
