新生儿败血症病原学及药敏分析

摘    要:目的分析新生儿败血症血培养病原菌的分布和药物敏感性,指导临床合理应用抗生素。方法对我院2009年1月至2011年5月新生儿败血症血培养检出病原菌及药敏实验结果进行了回顾性分析。结果在721例可疑标本中,分离和鉴定出134株细菌,检出的革兰阳性菌占97.57%(131/134),以凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(CNS)为主要病原菌。其中表皮葡萄球菌占28.36%(38/134);溶血葡萄球菌占20.90%(28/134);金黄色葡萄球菌和革兰阴性菌分别仅占14.18%和2.25%。葡萄球菌对青霉素和红霉素敏感率为4.5%~36.3%,耐药性达到63.7~95.5%,对苯唑西林耐药性达到72.3%~91.9%;喹奴普汀/达福普汀、利奈唑烷和万古霉素敏感率为100%。结论引起新生儿败血症的细菌以革兰阳性球菌(CNS)为主要病原菌,且多数为青霉素和苯唑西林的耐药菌,故临床应根据血培养及药敏结果合理选用抗生素。
