甘露消毒丹防治肝癌介入后恶心呕吐的疗效观察

[目的]观察甘露消毒丹防治肝癌介入治疗后呕吐的疗效。[方法]将150例次肝癌介入病人随机分成治疗组(n=78)与空白对照组(n=72)，治疗组介入前2天开始服甘露消毒丹10天，对照组于介入前2天开始停服中药10天，观察介入后8天内恶心呕吐的发生率、发生程度以及止呕药用量。[结果]治疗组总有效率(79.49％)高于对照组(43.06％)，有统计学意义(P<0.001)；对于无效病例，治疗组未能减少止呕药用量(P>0.05)。[结论]甘露消毒丹具有防治肝癌介入后恶心呕吐的作用。

Therapeutic Effect of Ganluxiaodu Pellet in Preventing and Treating Vomiting in Liver Cancer Patients following Interventional Therapy

To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Ganluxiaodu pellet in preventing and treating vomiting in liver cancer patients following interventional therapy.One hundred and fifty cases of liver cancer were randomized divided into two groups-treatment group(n=78)and control group(n=72).Ganluxiaodu pellet was given orally for 10 days at 2 days before interventional therapy in treatment group.The control group took no Chinese traditional medicine in the same period.The frequency and grade of vomiting and the dosage of antiemetic were observed for 8 days after interventional therapy.The overall response rate of treatment group (79.49%)was significantly higher than that of control group(43.06%)(P<0.001);Ganluxiaodu pellet treatment could not reduce the dosage of antiemetic when vomiting occured.[Conclusion]Ganluxiaodu pellet can prevent and cure vomiting after interventional therapy.
