主成分分析用于不同产地柴胡微量元素含量的研究

摘    要:运用主成分分析对不同产地柴胡微量元素的含量进行定量定性的综合评价,第1和第2主成分的方差的贡献率就达到了92.423%。为不同产地柴胡的药用价值的研究和利用提供了科学依据,开拓了综合评价的新领域。

Abstract:Bying applying the principal compoenent analysis method,the paper singles out the principal component in comprehensive elaluation of determination of trace elements for the Radix Bupleuri from Different Producing Areas.the contributing rate of the 1st and 2nd comprehensive principal component is 92.423%.This study can be considered as base work for the Radix Bupleuri from Different Producing Areas,and opens a new area in comprehensive elaluation scientifically.
