| 摘 要： | 目的具体总结分析对于异常性子宫出血患者采用宫腔镜进行治疗的效果以及价值,提高异常子宫出血患者的健康生活质量状态。方法对我院进行治疗的89例异常子宫出血患者的临床资料进行全面性回顾分析,并选取89例我院采用药物治疗的异常子宫出血患者作为对照组,对两组异常子宫出血患者的临床疗效情况进行全面对比。结果采用宫腔镜治疗异常子宫出血的总有效率明显高于药物治疗的患者(P<0.05)。结论相对于常规性药物治疗来说,宫腔镜治疗子宫异常出血的总体效果更为明显,值得临床广泛应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the effect and value of treating abnormal uterine bleeding by hysteroscope to improve patients＇ life equality. Methods Choosed clinical data of 89 patients of abnormal uterine bleeding treated by hysteroscope as study group to analyze retrospectly and choosed 89 patients of abnormal uterine bleeding treated by medicine as controlled group. Compared the clinical effect of these two groups. Results The total effect in study group was better than controlled group. Conclusion Treating abnormal uterine bleeding by hysteroscope is good to extend in clinic. |
