地诺前列酮栓(普贝生)用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产的临床效果及安全性分析

目的分析地诺前列酮栓用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产的临床效果及安全性。方法选取宫颈条件不成熟的500例足月孕妇为观察对象,随机均分为观察组和对照组各250例,观察组孕妇给予地诺前列酮栓,对照组孕妇给予催产素,比较两组孕妇用药前后Bishop评分变化、经阴道分娩率、产程时间、胎儿窘迫发生率和新生儿窒息发生率及药物不良反应等指标。结果观察组孕妇用药后Bishop评分优于用药前和对照组用药后;观察组孕妇治疗总有效率明显高于对照组;观察组孕妇生产第一产程潜伏期、活跃期、第二产程、第三产程和总产程时间,均少于对照组;观察组患者阴道分娩率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地诺前列酮可有效促宫颈成熟,缩短产程,提高阴道分娩率,而且药物不良反应发生率较低,对胎儿无不良影响,值得临床推广。

The Clinical Effect and Safety Analysis of Dinoprostone Suppositories (propess) for Promoting Cervical Mature and Inducing Laborused of Full-term Pregnancy

Objective To analysis the clinical effect and safety of dinoprostone suppositories for promoting cervical mature and inducing laborused of full-term pregnancy. Methods 500 cases of pregnant woman whose cervical conditions was not maturity were selected as observation object and were randomly divided into the observation group （n=250） and the control group （n=250）. The pregnant women in the observation group given the dinoprostone suppositories and in the control group given oxytocin. Then the Bishop score changes before and after drug, transvaginal childbirth rate, the stage of labor time, fetal distress incidence rate, newborn suffocation incidence rate and drug adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results The Bishop score after the drug of the observation group was higher than before the drug and the control group after the drug; the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than those in the control group; the incubation period production time and the active period time in first stage of labor, the second stage of labor time, the third stage of labor time and the total stages of laboral time of the observation group were less than the control group; the transvaginal childbirth rate of the observation group was higher than those in the control group, the comparing differences were statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The dinoprostone suppositories can effectively promote testosterone cervical mature, shorten the premature, and improve the vaginal childbirth and the adverse drug reaction rate is lower, without adverse effects to the fetus, whichis worth of clinical promotion.
