| 摘 要： | 目的探讨链式复苏流程在心跳呼吸骤停患者急救中的时效性及初期抢救成功率。方法选择2009年5月至2010年10月在急诊科救治的心跳呼吸骤停患者49例为对照组,选择2010年11月至2012年4月60例患者为实验组,对照组采用传统模式救治,观察组采用链式复苏流程救治。结果实验组初期抢救成功率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论链式复苏流程将急救技术进行优化整合,规范急救程序,可提高心跳呼吸骤停患者初期抢救成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective Explore the chain recovery process in cardiopulmonary arrest in patients with first-aid the timeliness and initial success rate. Methods May 2009 to October 2010 in the emergency department for treatment of cardiopulmonary arrest in patients with 49 cases for the control group, select 60 patients from November 2010 to April 2012 as the experimental group and control group using the traditionalmode where the observation group chain recovery process treatment. Results The early success rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the coutrol group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chain recovery process will aid techniques to optimize the integration specification aid procedures, improve cardiopulmonary arrest in patients with early success rate. |
