比较鼻息肉摘除术及鼻息肉摘除并鼻内筛窦切除术治疗鼻息肉的疗效

目的对鼻息肉摘除术及鼻息肉摘除并鼻内筛窦切除术治疗鼻息肉的疗效进行比较。方法选取鼻息肉患者82例,并随机分为观察组和对照组各41例。对照组采用鼻息肉摘除术进行治疗,观察组采用鼻息肉摘除并鼻内筛窦切除术进行治疗,比较两组临床疗效及并发症情。结果观察组总有效率为95.1%,显著高于对照组的85.4%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组术后并发率为12.2%,显著高于观察组的4.9%(P>0.05)。结论鼻息肉摘除并鼻内筛窦切除术对鼻息肉的治疗更为安全、有效,值得临床推广及应用。

Comparison of Curative Effect of Nasal Polyp and Nasal Polyp and Nasal Sinuses Resection in the Treatment of Nasal Polyps

Objective To anterior nasal polyps and nasal polyp removal in the nose and ethmoid sinus resection treatment comparing the effect of nasal polyps. Methods The 82 cases of patients with nasal polyps, and randomly divided into observation group and control group the 41 cases. The comparison group USES the nasal polyp of treatment, the observation group using nasal polyp removal in the nose and ethmoid sinus resection treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect and complications feeling. Results The observation group total effective rate was 95.1%, significantly higher than 85.4% in control group, two groups have statistical significance difference （P〈0.05）; the control group with rate was 12.2%, significantly higher than 4.9% of the observation group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Nasal polyp removal in the nose and ethmoid sinus resection for the treatment of nasal polyps is more safe and effective, it is worth clinical popularization and application.
