阿托伐他汀治疗老年糖尿病合并冠心病的疗效观察

目的探讨阿托伐他汀治疗老年糖尿病合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法选取2010年7月至2011年1月于本院进行治疗的72例老年糖尿病合并冠心病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组36例和观察组36例,对照组进行常规治疗,而观察组在对照组的基础上加用阿托伐他汀进行治疗,然后将两组患者治疗后1个月的总有效率与治疗前后的TG、TC、HDL-C及FBG、HbA1c进行检测及比较。结果观察组治疗后1个月的总有效率显著高于对照组,而TG、TC及FBG、HbA1c均低于对照组,HDL-C则显著高于对照组,P均<0.05。结论阿托伐他汀治疗老年糖尿病合并冠心病的临床疗效较好。

Observation on the Effect of Atorvastatin in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus and Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To study the clinical effect of atorvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease. Methods 72 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease in our hospital from July 2010 to January 2011 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into control group 36 cases and observation group 36 cases, the control group were treated with routine treatment, the observation group were treated with atorvastatin based on the treatment of control group, then the total effective rate after the treatment at first month and TG, TC, HDL-C, FBG, HbAlc before and after the treatment of two groups were detected and compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group after the treatment at first month was higher than that of control group, TG, TC and FFBG, HbAle were lower than those of control group, HDL-C was higher than that of control group, all P〈 0.05. Conclusion The clinical effect of atorvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease is better.
