颅脑损伤后持续腰大池引流的护理体会

目的总结对颅脑损伤患者行持续腰大池引流的护理经验。方法对我院2012年1月至2012年9月的颅脑损伤患者15例,协助临床医师行腰大池引流手术,术前对患者心理护理,术中床边协助、观察病情,术后控制引流袋高度、控制引流量等。结果经过全方位护理,15例患者引流术后临床疗效较好,未发现任何并发症,且SF-36评分在较实施护理前明显提高(P<0.05)。结论患者颅脑损伤后接受持续腰大池引流术能够清除血性脑脊髓和有效控制颅内压。围术期正确的护理,及时发现并解决问题有助于处理危急情况和避免并发症,取得更好的治疗效果

Nursing Experience of Traumatic Brain Injury after Continuous Lumbar Cisterna Drainage

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of traumatic brain injure after continuous lumbar cisterna drainage. Methods 15 patients admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to September 2012 were received continuous lumbar cisterna drainage. Nurses gave psychological care to patients preoperative, and observated patients＇ conditions in surgery, and controlled the height of the drainage bag and the drainage volume postoperative. Results The clinical efficacious were better of the 15 patients postoperative and did not found any complications aider the full range of care. Conclusion Continuous lumbar drainage in patients with traumatic brain injury can clear bloody cerebrospinal and control the intracranial pressure. Correct perioperative care to detect and solve problems to help in dealing with crisis situations and to avoid complications, and achieve better therapeutic effect.
