| 摘 要： | 目的探讨手术室内灭菌器使用的管理及风险评估。方法调查南京市所有三级甲等医院手术室灭菌器使用现状,分析我院手术室灭菌器的使用情况。结果手术室内灭菌器的使用存在普遍性,提高了手术室处理应急器械需求的能力;但存在一定的风险。结论手术室需要规范各种灭菌器的操作流程,建立日常维护保养制度,加强管理,保障手术室灭菌器的有效和安全使用,降低灭菌器使用风险。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the risk evaluation and management of sterilizers in operating room.Methods A survey on the present use of sterilizers in operating room of all 3-A hospitals in Nanjing was carried out.The application status of sterilizers in the operating room of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital was analyzed.Results All operating rooms of 3-A hospitals in Nanjing were equiped with several types of sterilizers,which improved the ability of dealing with the emergency needs for sterilization of instruments.The underlying risks existed in the operating room about the use of the sterilizers correctly and safely.Conclusion To reduce the underlying risk for the use of sterilizers,attention should be paied to standardizing the protcols for procedures and establishing the rules of daily use and maintenance in the management of sterilizers in operating room. |
