摘    要:目的调查心胸外科住院老年患者的膳食营养状况。方法心胸外科住院老年患者118例为研究对象,通过问卷调查、生化检查等方法评价其营养状况。结果与营养学标准相比,患者的热能、钠、动物脂肪摄入量偏高,蛋白质、维生素B1、维生素B2、钙和铁摄入量明显偏低。患者对膳食营养的知识-态度-行为(KAP)得分普遍不高。结论心胸外科住院老年患者的膳食营养状况尚未达标,应采取相应的护理对策。

Abstract:Objective To survey the dietary nutritional status of elder in-patients of cardiothoracic surgery.Methods The nutritional status was evaluated by questionnaire and biochemical screening in 118 elder in-patients of cardiothoracic surgery.Results Generally,compared to the reasonable nutritional criteria,the intake of heat,sodium,animal fat was higher,but that of protein,vitamin B1 and B2,calcium,and iron was lower.The scores of knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP) were generally not as high as expected.Conclusion The dietary nutritional status of elder in-patients in cardiothoracic surgery does not fulfil nutritional requiments and the corresponding nursing countermeasures should be taken to improve it.
