| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺癌钼靶X线摄影微钙化灶的显示率与乳腺癌病理类型的关系。方法回顾性分析120例经病理证实乳腺癌患者的钼靶摄影资料,比较不同病理类型乳腺癌的微钙化灶显示率,分析微钙化灶大小、形态、数目和分布的差异。结果在钼靶摄影片上,乳腺导管内癌微钙化灶显示率为84%(21/25),浸润性导管癌微钙化灶显示率为73%(61/84)。在11例其他类型乳腺癌钼靶摄影片上无微钙化灶显示。结论微钙化灶征象多见于乳腺导管内癌和浸润性导管癌,对乳腺癌的病理组织学类型的判别有提示作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between microcalcification on the molybdenum target mammograms and pathological types of breast cancer.Methods The mammography data of breast cancer confirmed by pathology in 120 patients were analyzed retrospectively.The number,size,shape and distribution of microcalcification on the mammograms were compared among different pathological types of breast cancer.Results The occurrence rates of microcalcification on the mammograms were 84%(21/25) in intraductal carcinoma and 73%(61/84) in invasive ductal carcinoma.The microcalcification was not shown on the mammograms in the other types of breast cancer in 11 cases.Conclusion Microcalcification on the mammogram is more common seen in intraductal carcinoma and invasive ductal carcinoma,which can provide important information for the diagnosis of histopathological type of breast cancer. |
