摘    要:(1)目的 探讨前列腺癌组织中血管生成与肿瘤生物学行之之间的关系;(2)方法 应用免疫组织化学LSAB法检测38例前列腺癌组织中微血管密度(MVD)。(3)结果 前列腺癌组织中微血管形态不一,分布呈异质性,高分化癌组织中MVD明显低于低分化和未分化癌组织(F=6.48,q=3.80,4.86,P〈0.05,0.01);发生转移的癌组织中MVD明显高于未转移的癌组织(t=3.76,P〈0.001),

Abstract:Objective\ To investigate the biological significance of tumor angiogenesis in human prostatic cancer.\ Methods\ Microvessel density (MVD) in 38 cases of invasive prostatic cancer were detected using immunohistochemical techniques (LSAB).\ Results\ The morphology of tumor microvessel was obviously various. Microvessel density in highly differentiated prostatic cancer was significantly lower than that in poorly differentiated and undifferentiated prostatic cancer, respectively( F=6.48, q=3.80, 4.86, P <0.05, 0.01). In carcinoma, with positive lymph node metastasis, microvessel density was significantly higher than that in node negative carcinoma ( t=3.76,P <0.001).\ Conclusion\ The results suggest that angiogenesis assessed by MVD plays an important role in the invasion and metastasis of human prostatic cancer.
