中西药联合方案治疗终末期糖尿病肾病临床观察

目的观察中西药联合方案治疗终末期糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法将符合标准的终末期糖尿病肾病患者分为观察组与对照组，对照组给予常规基础治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上，加用肾衰宁片和血脂康胶囊。结果两组肾功能疗效比较及两组中医证候疗效比较，观察组均优于对照组，差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论中西药联合方案治疗终末靓糖尿病肾病，能够明显提高肾脏功能，降低血清尿素氮和肌酐水平，改善临床症状，延缓终末期糖尿病肾病的发展，阻止病情快速进人透析时机，具有良好的作用。

Clinical observation of combined Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of terminal stage diabetic nephropathy

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combined Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of terminal stage diabetic nephropathy. Methods Patients with terminal stage diabetic nephropathy meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given conventional basic treatment and the observation group was given additional Shenshuaining Tablets and Xuezhikang Capsules on the basis of conventional basic treatment. Results The observation group was superior to the control group in the re- nal function efficacy and Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Combined Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of terminal stage diabetic nephropathy can obviously improve the renal function, reduce the serum urea nitrogen and creatinine levels, improve the clinical symptoms, delay the development of terminal stage diabetic nephropathy and prevent the patient＇s conditions from quickly entering dialysis, thereby having good efficacy.
