舒适护理对手术室患者心理及生理指标的影响

目的探讨舒适护理对手术室患者心理及生理指标的影响。方法将我院收治的手术患者86例随机分为对照组与研究组,每组各43例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上给予舒适护理干预,比较两组患者术前后的心理状况及生理指标的变化。结果对照组与研究组术前各项心理状况比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;术后研究组患者各项指标明显下降,与同组术前及对照组术后比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。术后对照组与研究组的血压、心率及呼吸频率均有所下降,术后与术前比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组患者术后各指标下降均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论舒适护理可明显改善手术患者的心理状况及生理指标。

Influence of comfort care on the psychological and physiological index of operating room patients

Objective To explore the influence of comfort care on the psychological and physiological index of operating room patients.Methods 86 surgery patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,each group had 43 cases,the control group was given conventional nursing care,the study group on the basis of control group was given the comfort care intervention,the changed of psychological status and physiological indexes were compared between the two groups before and after operation.Results The psychological situation before surgery between control group and study group was compared,the difference was no statistically significant（P 0.05）;Each index declined obviously after surgery in study group,and compared with the same group before the operation and control group after operation,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）.After the operation,control group and study group in blood pressure,heart rate and breathing frequency were declined,after operation compared with preoperative,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）;each index decline in study group after surgery were larger than that of control group,and compared between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Comfort care can obviously improve the surgical patients psychological status and physiological indexes.
