| 摘 要： | 目的观察总结穴位注射联合刮痧治疗小儿遗尿的疗效及护理方法。方法将120例遗尿患儿采用黄芪注射液穴位注射联合华佗夹脊刮痧治疗,并配合中医护理,观察并总结患者近期及远期疗效。结果近期疗效治愈92例（76.67%）,总有效110例（91.67%）;远期疗效治愈66例（55.00%）,总有效94例（78.33%）,两组比较差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.62,P=0.14）。结论穴位注射联合刮痧并配合中医护理治疗小儿遗尿的疗效可靠,值得临床的广泛推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe and summarize the clinical effect and nursing methods of acupoint injection combined with skin scraping for infantile enuresis.Methods 120 infant with enuresis were treated by Huangqi Injection in acupoint combined with Huatuojiaji and skin scraping,who cared by nursing methods of traditional Chinese medicine. The long and short-term clinical effect of two groups were observed and summarized.Results The cure rate and the total effective rate were respectively 76.67%（92 cases） and 91.67%（110 cases） in short-term,while 55.00%（66 cases） and 78.33%（94 cases） respectively in long-term.There were no significant difference（χ 2 =0.62,P = 0.14）.Conclusion For infantile enuresis,acupoint injection combined with skin scraping and nursing methods of TCM has actual effect,is worthy of widely clinical application. |
