摘    要:目的确定射干抗病毒口服液的最佳制备工艺条件。方法采用绿原酸含量为检测指标。通过正交设计试验,优选得到最佳工艺。结果最佳工艺为:处方药材加8倍量水,煎煮2次,每次2h,醇沉浓度为70%。结论该制备工艺科学合理,为射干抗病毒口服液的最佳制备工艺。

Abstract:Objective To establish preparation technology of Shegan Antiviral. Oral Liquid. Methods The concentration of chlorogenic acid was used as the maker for evaluation. And orthogonal design test was used to optimize the preparation technology. Results Optimum technology was that 8 times of water was added, and it was extracted 2 times for 2 hours each time, the concentration of ethanol precipitation was 70%. Conclusion The results of experiment pro- vide that this preparation technology is scientific and reasonable. It is optimized technology for preparation of Shegan Antiviral Oral Liquid.
