| 摘 要： | 全文着重介绍了以聚合酶链式反应（PCR）技术为支撑的现代分子生物学技术，包括随机扩增多态性DNA（RAPD）技术、ISSR—PCR技术、PCR—RFLP技术、mRNA差异显示技术、基因测序技术及基因芯片技术在中药鉴定中的应用，指出现代分子生物学技术的蓬勃兴起将极大地推动中药鉴定的发展。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the PCR technology as the support of modern molecular biology technology including RAPD technology, ISSR-PCR technology, PCR-RFLP technology, mRNA differential display technology, gene sequencing technology and gene chip technology in the application of traditional Chinese medicine identification. The whole text points out that modem molecular biology technology booming rise will greatly promote the development of Chinese medicine identification. |
