| 摘 要： | 目的建立八角茴香中莽草酸含量的HPLC-ELSD测定方法。方法采用Hypersil NH2柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,乙腈-水（80∶20,均含0.1%甲酸）为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃。漂移管温度100℃,载气流速2.5 mL/min。结果莽草酸进样量在0.57～11.40μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）;供试品溶液在24 h内稳定;平均回收率为99.88%（n=6）。结论所建立的方法专属性强,精密度好,结果准确。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a quantitative HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of shikimic acid in Illicium verum Hook.F..Methods A column of Hypersil NH 2（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used with the mobile phase of acetonitirle and water（80∶20,both contain 0.1% formic acid）,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the column temperature was at 30℃.The temperature of drift tube was at 100℃ with air flow rate of 2.5 L/min for ELSD.Results In the range of 0.57-11.40 μg,a good linearity was obtained with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 9;the sample solution was steady within 24 h;the average recoveris were 99.82%（n = 6）.Conclution The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility. |
