护理干预应用于76例手足口病患儿的临床研究

目的探讨护理干预措施对手足口病患儿治疗效果的积极影响。方法将2010年10月～2012年10月在湖北医药学院附属太和医院确诊的76例手足口病患儿随机分成两组：常规组38例,采取常规护理措施;干预组38例,采取护理干预措施。观察比较两组患儿的症状改善时间、住院时间以及患儿家属对护理工作的满意度。结果干预组患儿的体温恢复正常时间、手足皮疹消退时间、口腔疱疹溃疡愈合时间以及住院时间均显著短于常规组（P〈0.05）;干预组的总满意率为94.74%,常规组的总满意率为78.95%,干预组患儿家属对护理工作的满意度显著高于常规组（P〈0.05）。结论临床护理干预措施既能促进改善患儿的症状体征,又能有效提高患儿家属对护理工作的满意度。

Clinical study on nursing interventions for 76 cases of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease

Objective To investigate the positive impact of nursing interventions on the therapeutic effect of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease.Methods 76 cases of patients with hand-foot-and-mouth disease admitted to Taihe Hospital Affiliated to Hubei Medical University from October 2010 to October 2012 were randomly divided into two groups,conventional group（n = 38） and intervention group（n = 38）.The conventional group was given conven tional nursing,and the intervention group was given nursing interventions.The remission time of symptoms,the average hospitalization days,and the nursing satisfaction in two groups were observed and compared.Results The body temperature returned to normal time,the hand and foot deflorescence time,the oral herpes sores healing time,and the average hospitalization days in the intervention group were significantly shorter than those of the conventional group（P 0.05）;the total nursing satisfaction rate in the intervention group was 94.74%,the total nursing satisfaction rate in the conventional group was 78.95%,so the nursing satisfaction in the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Nursing interventions for the children with hand-foot-andmouth disease can significantly relieve clinical symptoms and improve nursing satisfaction.
